Prêt-à-Yoga Secrets
Yoga will change your body, the way you think, and most importantly deepen your connection to your Self, to God and to all beings…

The interface looks pretty but what do the various buttons do?
- You can think of Prêt-à-Yoga as a collection of interactive flash cards.
- Tap on the logo at the bottom anytime you wish to go to main card.
- Tapping the "i" button on the bottom takes you to the "Information" card. Tap on the Prêt-à-Yoga logo at the bottom to return to main card.
- To view or change your "Preferences" card, simply tap the "heart" button. Tap on the Prêt-à-Yoga logo at the bottom to return to main card.
- Dozens of inspirational quotes are included in the application. You can see them on the Information and Preferences cards.
- The "flower" button takes you to the Pranayama (breathing) card. Tap the buttons on the bottom to access the exercises.
- Sun Saluation sequence is available by tapping the "sun" button. The number of repetitions and the sequence type (A or B) is whatever you have selected in the Preferences card.
- Swipe left or right to move through the deck of sequence cards.
- To flip the card tap the pose number at the bottom. Important information about the pose is available here.
- Tap the title on any card to pause the sequence. This works only with the Narrated or Auto play modes.
- To understand a pose better, simply tap the pose card anywhere (except the title, Prêt-à-Yoga logo or pose number) to change the view angle.
As a beginner, how do I get started with Prêt-à-Yoga?
We recommend starting the following sequence if you have never practiced Yoga before.
1. Practice Pranayama (breathing) exercises. Beginners tend to breathe shallow; follow the instructions to maintain breathing throughout a yoga session.
2. Start all sessions with a Pranayama exercise. Tap the Pranayama ("flower") button to access any or all of the three exercises.
3. Learn the poses in Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) A. Manual mode is best suited for this purpose. Tap the Preferences ("heart") button to select manual mode. Gradually increase the number of repetitions.
4. Always listen to your body. You will know when you are ready to transition to Surya Namasker B. Gradually increase the number of repetitions.
5. Once you have mastered Surya Namaskar A & B, you are ready to graduate to the main sequence!
6. The main sequence is a little over half an hour. It may seem daunting the first time; perform as many poses as possible. Always end the sequence with the Corpse (Savasana) and the Lotus (Padmasana) poses.
Will you be adding new sequences to Prêt-à-Yoga?
We are planning to add new features to Prêt-à-Yoga to further enhance your yoga sessions. We are also planning to release versions for intermediate and experienced level yogis/yoginis.
